Michael brings solid experience with nearly every stage of residential real estate investing: from finding off-market discount properties, planning and managing renovation, determining the proper exit strategy, refinance or rent, marketing, and listing the properties as a retail agent. In a few short years he was able to leverage the sales of Fix and Flip properties into a portfolio of smaller multi-family properties, and currently owns 8 units.
Prior to real estate, Michael worked as a sales professional in Tel Aviv, Israel for a software company.

Eric plays a key role in negotiating strategies that are crucial to securing the capital needed to fund commercial real estate acquisitions.
He currently holds partnership interest in over 1,400 multifamily units throughout the Southeast & Midwest. He has participated in several projects that have completed a full cycle and owns single family & mixed-use properties in the Midwestern United States.

Ratna brings over three decades of experience in marketing management and client sales solutions to our team. In addition, after retiring from the corporate world, she spent the last six years as Treasurer for the Pomona Meals on Wheels program supporting seniors in her community.

Caleb has been in Management since he was 19 years old. His mission is to be a faith based business professional committed to investors and their capital. He started working 3 jobs and joined a multilevel marketing group to elevate his communication skills. He current owns and successfully manages his own real estate portfolio.
